At the OECD World Forum last month, delegates made a commitment to measure and foster the progress of societies "in all dimensions" in what is now being referred to as the Istanbul Declaration. Among the components discussed is the opportunity to create a Web 2.0/wiki model interative website to share, display, and discuss data and make information accessible to people all over the world.
